Frequently Asked Questions

You will fly into Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica (airport code LIR). There are daily non-stop flights from many major U.S. cities including Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, Denver, and New York.

The drive from the airport is about one hour. The route follows main paved roads. Local taxis and private drivers are available at the airport and will be familiar with the area.

The resort is a refined, adults-only, all-inclusive wellness sanctuary on Costa Rica's North Pacific coast. Guest rooms are peaceful, private, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The resort sits at the edge of Costa Rica's celebrated Blue Zone, known for longevity and joyful living.

Meals are prepared on site using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dietary needs and food allergies can be accommodated. Please let Britta know of any needs before arrival so arrangements can be made ahead of time.

No living animals will be present. You are encouraged to bring photographs of your living and departed pets for use during sessions and sacred connection work.
